(Extra table leaf in the garage if needed). Relaxing in one of 4 chairs on the covered patio is one of my favorite places to drink the morning coffee or finish the day. This makes a great place to enjoy that cigarette. (please no smoking in the house) The master bedroom has a queen bed with Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress. .The master bath was remodeled to a full tile walk in shower rainfall shower head and granite counter around the sink. The washer and dryer are also located in the master bedroom. Its own closet is located just as you enter the room. Please don't overfill the machine. Laundry soap and fabric softener are provided for you to use. There are two more bedrooms on the main level. One with a queen bed the other has two twin beds. Both are well lit and have luggage racks. The lower lever also has a full kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher. Here we stock plenty of paper plates, cups, bowls and plastic utensils. There are also some plates bowls and other kitchen items. The lower level family room and dining area features a 55 inch TV. This also has Netflix Hulu and free local channels. (Sorry this TV does not support Disney). The table will seat 6 and the large sectional can hold many more. The lower level bathroom was built less than 1 year ago with a tile walk-in shower. The two lower level bedrooms both have Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses new carpet and windows.

We want you to feel welcome and have all of the comforts of home. The house is a beautiful, lower level duplex walk out basement. It is very private. The guests enter at the back of the house and have an entire 1/2 acre to themselves while the owners enter up front and have their own separate 1/2 acre. We seldom cross paths except to tend the pool, hot tub and yard occasionally. The extra large windows help you enjoy the fantastic view. Mountain View Golf Course sits behind the house and you have a perfect view of the breathtaking Wasatch mountains. The pictures truly don’t give the experience justice. The private pool is open all summer and heated to 85 degrees seasonally and you will have the pool and hot tub to yourselves. The slide on the pool is a blast for the older kids. We provide several fun floaties and pool toys. The hot tub is heated to 102. Both are a wonderful bonus to the stay here. Inside and outside you will have a place to rest and relax. If you want to go downtown to explore and don’t want to drive, the trax station is only 1/2 mile away to the north (2700 West, Sugar Factory Road). There is a Grocery store, Papa Murphy pizza, dry cleaner, Wells Fargo bank, hair/nail salon, Maverick convenience store, gas station, Beto's Mexican restaurant one block away and Starbucks it is only a 2 minute drive. There are several restaurants and great shopping five-minutes away. Some of the best snow in the US is less than 30 minutes away. This quiet home is the perfect place to rejuvenate or rest and relax.
